Easy HNS is a public DNS resolver service and related information site intended to help users access Handshake domains more easily, alongside standard DNS resolution.

The HNS DoH global pool is operated by the separate HNS DoH project, not by Easy HNS. Easy HNS terms, operational responsibility, support scope, and service commitments apply only to Easy HNS-operated services and do not extend to that external global pool.

Easy HNS is provided on a best-effort basis.

We do not promise that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, fast, compatible with every device, or suitable for every purpose. We may change, suspend, limit, or withdraw the service at any time.

Easy HNS is not offered with any service level agreement unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.

You must not use Easy HNS:

• for unlawful activity;
• to attack, overload, probe, or degrade the service;
• to evade rate limits, blocks, or technical protections;
• to distribute malware, phishing content, or other harmful material;
• to interfere with other users, networks, or systems;
• in a way that creates unreasonable operational, security, or legal risk for us or third parties.

We may apply filtering, rate limiting, temporary blocks, or permanent restrictions where reasonably necessary to protect the service.

Easy HNS is not intended as a guaranteed, safety-critical, emergency, or life-dependent service.

You are responsible for deciding whether the service is appropriate for your own use case.

Easy HNS resolves or helps access domain names and destinations that are not operated or controlled by us.

We do not own, control, endorse, or guarantee third-party websites, content, or services reached through DNS resolution.

Easy HNS offers encrypted DNS options where supported, but it is still a real public DNS service running on real infrastructure.

However, like any real online service, some limited technical data may still be processed transiently in operation, or exceptionally for abuse prevention, fault diagnosis, service protection, security incidents, or legal compliance.

Easy HNS may offer voluntary support options to help cover infrastructure, maintenance, and future development.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• support contributions are voluntary support payments;
• support contributions are not charitable donations;
• no Gift Aid is available;
• making a support contribution does not create a guaranteed service level, uptime commitment, bespoke resolver arrangement, or paid support contract.

If a support offering includes specific perks, access, or features, those details will be described on the relevant offer page.

Support contributions may be offered through third-party platforms such as Whop.

Where this is the case:

• billing, checkout, and subscription handling may be provided by that third-party platform;
• any pricing, billing interval, renewal terms, cancellation methods, refund process, and checkout terms shown on the relevant offer page or at checkout will apply to that support plan;
• you should review the applicable third-party platform terms and policies before purchase.

Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Your use of Easy HNS is also subject to our Trust page, Privacy Notice, and Cookies Notice.

Unless otherwise stated, the Easy HNS website content, branding, design, and original materials are owned by or used with permission by Reveal operator.

You may view and use the site for lawful personal or internal organisational use. You must not copy, misrepresent, or republish our original materials in a misleading way.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easy HNS is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties or guarantees of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reveal operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from or connected with the use of Easy HNS.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

We may suspend, restrict, or block access to all or part of Easy HNS where reasonably necessary for maintenance, abuse prevention, legal compliance, service protection, or operational reasons.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version published on this page will apply from the date of publication.

These terms are governed by the laws of Reveal jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising from or connected with these terms or Easy HNS will be subject to the courts of Reveal jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
